Betsy Walton
Lead Digital Media Designer
I have worked for CDWS since 1998 as one of the first members of the Digital Media team. I brought with me 23 years of graphic design experience working in retail advertising. I returned to school in 1989 and finally graduated Magna cum Laude in 1998 with a BFA in Graphic Design.
I have taught Beginning and Intermediate Photography at UCF, and Introduction to Computer Graphics at UCF and SCC. I have worked on several multimedia CD-Rom projects including "The Art of Printmaking" for the Orlando Museum of Art, an interactive catalog of works for David Haxton, Computer Animation Professor at UCF, my own interactive portfolio, and an instructional CD-Rom on Pinhole Photography.
I enjoy photography and other types of art, working in my gardens and spending time at my computers (I have both Macs and PCs). It is my goal to learn as much about art and technology and its expanding roles in our lives, and share that knowledge with anyone who will listen!
