Photographer
I am a native of southern Indiana but my family moved to Florida just in time for me to finish high school. I am a Viet Nam era veteran, having served in the Army for 2 years, nine months, and eight days
and
I fought the Viet Nam War in Texas (a particularly dangerous area). After leaving the military, I completed my B.S. degree in photography at Sam Houston State University (a Texas state school) in Huntsville, Texas (also the home of the Texas state prison system).
I love to travel, camp, hike, and generally hang out in the woods and mountains. My favorite type of photography is landscape/nature. Im a Maine-aholic, a Mac-aholic, an avid do-it-yourselfer. I enjoy the digital photography revolution because I like the combining of the artistic and technical. I have always had one foot firmly planted in those two worlds. I have my own home digital imaging system and enjoy the exacting process of cataloging, digitizing, and printing my personal work for display.
