Portrait Request Form

Our studio is available for individual or group portraits on Mondays & Thursdays from 8 am to 4 pm.

We are located on the main UCF campus in the basement of the library, room 107. You can find us by going down the spiral staircase or ramp to the right of the main library doors. You cannot get to our studio by entering the main library doors. You will need to check in with the receptionist at the front desk.

We now make use of digital technology. If you desire film, it is your responsibility to provide the film. We will need seven (7) working days notice prior to your requested day. Contact us for more information.

Please fill out the information on this form and we will contact you within 3 days if your desired studio time is available.

Your portraits will be available for pick-up on a CD.
